Fundraising

We as a club feel that it is essential to keep our club fees to a minimum. Fees cover pool hire, coaching expenses and general administration.  In order to purchase new equipment as it is needed, we need to fundraise.  Fundraising is also an important part of the social element of the club – an opportunity to work together as swimmers, a committee, coaches and involve other family members.

Previous fundraising activities have included raffles, cake stalls, bingo sessions and our biggest event the swimathon -a sponsored swim event open to all swimmers and their families with guest representation from the coaches.

If you are interested in joining the fundraising commitee please speak to one of our poolside staff who will be happy to help.  If you have any ideas big or small for fundraising, either in the long or short term please come and share, we are always on the search for new projects.
